There are more dramatic contrasts in the bathroom: Majolica cobalt tiles, laid out in a wave-like curve, form the visual grammar of a high-end spa; the crittal-style shower, meanwhile, adds a masculine touch to balance the space. The peach-resin floors (Pantone’s colour of the year for 2024) are a one-of-a-kind and accent the property’s original ironwork beams.

The bedroom completes the offering with its harmony of oak parquet flooring and regal Cole & Son wallpaper. Notice the dramatic headboard, which doubles as a room divider, hiding a walk-in wardrobe behind.
